"This was one of the first drawings I had done. Before I went to the United States to train on the Chinook, I decided to draw a picture of my mate Lachlan. I ended up presenting it to him as a Christmas present. It shows him in the cockpit of an Army S-70A-9 Black Hawk.

"These sorts of images work well as commemorations and remembrances which can become family heirlooms.
